Flow through a series of transitions between opening and closing the hips and pelvis. Challenge your propioception and enjoy some more freedom and stability.
Dual Awareness —In this 20 minute slow movement class, practice divided attention as a way to get in closer connection with yourself and your external world. Expect shapes that target the shoulders, hips, and spine.
